An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Roster Coordinator to join the team at our Bolton Clarke Office in Bundoora.

This position is a permanent part-time role, offering 24 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The Roster Coordinator role is responsible for the production and ongoing maintenance of staff rosters which will ensure client demand is met. The Roster Coordinator must use effective resource planning skills while adhering to relevant enterprise agreements to ensure our clients receive a positive experience. Bolton Clarke are seeking an organised and detail-orientated individual to manage our nursing rosters.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in navigating resource planning applications
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret multiple Enterprise Agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with large number of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability in complex problem solving and critical thinking
  • Microsoft Office experience essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
