A conservation focussed, for-purpose enterprise, our work is substantially funded by our tourism enterprise, which is one of the leading tourism experiences in Tasmania.

To support the growth of our business and meet increasing demand on our services, we invite expressions of interest from candidates with guest services and/or business administration experience.

Employed on a full-time basis, you will play a vital role in our Business & Guest Services team, which serves as the principal point of contact for visitors to our Sanctuary. With responsibility for coordinating group bookings, tours and events, and for providing administrative support to our leaders and their teams, no two days are ever the same. As a service-oriented professional, you pride yourself on being flexible and responsive to the needs of your guests, striving at all times to deliver an authentic and memorable experience.

Selection Criteria

• Well-developed organisational skills including the capacity to effectively prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Experience in an administrative or related business field, including a proven track record of delivering an outstanding service to internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in a guest or customer facing role in the hospitality, tourism or similar service industry
• Demonstrated competence in the use of Microsoft Office and the Google suite of office products (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.)
• Well-developed interpersonal communication and written communication skills
• A manual driving licence.

Based in Brighton, Tasmania – around 30 minutes north of the Hobart CBD – it is essential that you have your own reliable transport to get to and from work.
