Our mission - Walking alongside and championing young parents as a centre of excellence
Brave is a Child Safe Organisation. We apply rigorous recruitment practices to embed a culture of child safety across all aspects of our work. Brave’s workplace culture encourages a healthy work life balance, allowing for flexible working hours including hybrid working arrangements (subject to role requirements).
Reporting to the Research & Evaluation Manager, the Senior Research Officer will be a key member of the Transformation team, supporting the implementation of measurement, evaluation and research activities and dissemination of findings in line with Brave’s strategic objectives. The Senior Research Officer role will support research and evaluation activities that will contribute towards Brave’s aim of becoming recognised as a Centre of Excellence for Young Parents.
Contemporary lived experience of the young parents we work with is at the centre of our decision-making and program, supported by scientific evidence. We draw on this lived experience and research evidence to inform practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
