We are looking for an experienced leader to drive and maximise income generating opportunities for Bravehearts with a goal to meet and exceed set financial targets.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful applicant will lead the strategic direction and management of the Community Engagement team, ensuring that they are motivated and adequately resourced to achieve their schedule of national campaigns and projects.
As well there will be a focus on developing and evaluating the quality of all our partnerships, and to generate new external corporate relationships for philanthropic and sponsorship support.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Gold Coast office with flexibility to work some days from home after the successful completion of probation.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated success in sales, operations, or fundraising management
- Senior leadership experience developing strategy and leading diverse & high functioning teams.
- A grit and drive to generate income, coupled with the capacity to think innovatively and creatively to support the long-term sustainability of Bravehearts.
- Previous experience in setting clear and accountable goals.
- An understanding of the issues (or the capacity to seek to understand) of people impacted by child sexual assault and trauma and the ability to work successfully within that context to bring to life the mission of Bravehearts.
