We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinician to join our team of passionate counsellors at Loganholme. Our clinicians provide trauma informed counselling and support to children, young people and their non-offending family members who have been impacted or at risk of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

As part of this position, you will be required to complete case notes, participate in team meetings and training days, complete reports of concern, manage your own client appointments, deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively participate in self-lead wellbeing activities.

This is an ongoing 9-day fortnight position, based at Loganholme with occasional travel to our head office in Arundel.

Candidate essential requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
  • Registration and/or membership with governing body of profession (Psychologists Registration Board of Queensland, Australian Counselling Association, the Australian Association of Social Work, or Queensland Counselling Association).

Candidate preferred requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in providing trauma informed counselling.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ counselling experience.
