About the role:

The role is a dynamic, fast paced environment which requires flexibility and the ability to pivot tasks as needed. This role is fun and engaging providing for a vibrant personality with a keen eye for detail. It requires skills in risk management and mitigation strategies, and an ability to lead in decision-making. Daily tasks include participant focussed one-on-one support, as well as intake, assessment and case management functions. Developing and maintaining productive and meaningful relationships with participants, their families/carers and other supports is essential to this role.

We are seeking someone with relevant tertiary qualifications eg. Bachelor of Social Work or Allied Health qualification, assessment and case management skills, and an enthusiasm for making a difference on the ground in the local community.
