What is a Rent Review Administrator? (The role)

Our Central office in Haymarket has a permanent full time (35 hours per week) Rent Review Administrator vacancy. Bridge Housing gives rental subsidies to eligible households based on the NSW Community Housing Rent Policy. Twice a year, every tenant's eligibility is assessed by the Rent Review team.

This position as the Rent Review Administrator provides quality customer service to our customers and stakeholders by resolving customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, reporting and providing administrative support.

What does a day as a Rent Review Administrator look like?

• Adhere to our Customer Standard Charter and service level agreement to ensure fantastic customer service outcomes
• Support the Rent Review team to meet their goals by providing administrative support like coordinating meetings, mail outs, filing, making appointments
• Driving performance within a KPI driven environment
• Staying on top of relevant legislation and implementing where required
• Being diligent in our digital systems and maintaining excellent documentation and accurate records in our different IT systems
• Representing Bridge and promoting their Employer Branding within the industry
• Support Bridge Housing continually improve its client service by implementing relevant tenant feedback processes.
• Improve the quality of the services by educating other Bridge Housing staff in general processes such as rent review
