Bridge Housing is a leading Tier 1 NSW community housing association that sources and develops social and affordable housing for people on moderate-to-low incomes across 14 local government areas in greater Sydney. We have over 2,000 properties housing more than 3,100 residents. By 2021 Bridge Housing will manage 3,450 homes, providing secure accommodation to 4,500 residents.
In 2017 Bridge Housing were awarded the NSW Government tender to manage 1,200 public housing tenancies in the northern beaches for the next 20 years. In August 2019 we opened up an office in the Northern Beaches.
HomeGround Real Estate operates within Bridge Housing and provides professional property management services to landlords and tenants so we are then able to invest the profits back into the community.
Reporting to the Manager, HomeGround Real-estate, the Senior Property Manager has two direct reports and is responsible for the day to day oversight of HomeGround’s portfolio of affordable, fee-for-service, philanthropic and National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) properties.

Salary - $77,288 - $83,217 + Super + Salary Packaging.
