The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced support worker to assist a teenager with ASD Level 2 and vision impairment. This role involves supporting morning and after-school routines, including personal care, safety supervision, and maintaining a calm, structured environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, dependable under pressure, and approaches challenges with initiative and a positive mindset. Shift: Monday to Friday - 7am to 9am and/or 3pm to 5pm.

About You

• Previous experience with ASD or vision impairment is highly valued

• Reliable, organised, and proactive problem-solver

• Exceptional communication and time-management skills

• Relevant checks:

  • First Aid & CPR Certificate

  • Working with Children’s Check

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module

  • National Police Check

  • Current driver’s license and insured vehicle
