At Bright Wellness: Disability Fitness Service, our mission is to make exercise an enjoyable part of everyday life. Through our inclusive and individualised approach to fitness, we aim to improve health in the most engaging way possible.
As a disability personal trainer, your role will be to support our clients with exercise, ranging from personal training sessions to general physical activity such as walking and sport. Trainers will plan and facilitate sessions that are personalised to the unique needs and goals of each client.
Trainers will work predominately in a one-to-one setting with their clients, but will also have the opportunity to support in group programs. Sessions are facilitated in community parks, or from the client’s home when deemed appropriate.
We want trainers at Bright Wellness: Disability Fitness Service to inspire healthy behaviours and act as mentors to our clients.

Note: Experience in working with people with disabilities and/or children and young adolescents is strongly favoured but not essential.
