The Board of Directors is seeking a strategic, decisive, and empathetic CEO to lead the organisation through a period of transition and strategic growth, navigating the increasingly complex aged care landscape.

This experienced leader will be instrumental in driving clinical excellence, ensuring financial sustainability, and enhancing operational efficiency, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will work closely with a dedicated, forward thinking Board, leveraging their expertise to achieve strategic goals.
