We’re looking for a professional Community Capacity Building Lead with relevant experience who wants to join our 2,000+ team of staff and volunteers to make a difference on a permanent part-time basis, working 26.6 or 30.4 hours (negotiable) per week based in Niddrie, in the NDIS Services Division.

The Community Capacity Building Lead plays a pivotal role in facilitating the development, implementation and monitoring of regional Community Capacity Building plans, to create more inclusive and respectful communities for people with disabilities.
As well as establishing key partnerships with external stakeholders, the position will work to build the capacity of BSL’s NDIS workforce to effectively facilitate the implementation of the community engagement and capacity building work.
Salary will be in the range of $93,154.77 - $97,269.24 pro rata per annum based on skills and experience plus superannuation.
