We are seeking a professional Risk Manager with relevant experience to join our team of 1,500 employees and 1,000 volunteers. This role is permanent part-time, working 4 days per week, and is based in Fitzroy.
This Risk Management role, reporting into the Senior Enterprise Risk Lead, is pivotal within the Brotherhood of St Laurence by helping to drive, manage and support the continuous improvement of BSL’s risk management processes and systems. The role will ensure effective design and implementation of risk assessments and processes and the compliance with related policies, procedures and frameworks. The Risk Manager will provide direct support to BSL management and staff to support the risk management function across the organisation.
You will bring extensive experience with enterprise risk to uplift capability of current processes. Working closely with key stakeholders from Chief and Director level through to operational staff, you will need to establish strong working relationships to ensure BSL's risk management processes are well understood and implemented.
Salary will be in the range of $100,544.29 - $105,096.07 pro rata per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.
