At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Women and Youth Participation Officer to join our dedicated Hume Thrive Hub team.
Location: Broadmeadows
Job Type: Max Term Full-Time for 2 years working 38 hours per week
Salary: $87,886.87 -$ 94,565.36 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 11.5% superannuation.
The Women and Youth Participation Officer role is a place-based role aimed at working with the local community to harness local talents, strengths and opportunities and build capability for women and youth to actively participate in society.
The role will support the recruitment and engagement of women and young people, plan and facilitate workshops and activities, provide one on one and group coaching and develop collaborative and sustainable relationships with local community partners.
