We're seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Support Officer to join our dedicated Disability Operations Team. This role focuses on the varied day-to-day business support required across the Disability Operations Team within the Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) Disability Services Division.
- Location: Flexible options across any BSL NDIS office, based on applicant preference.
- Salary: A competitive remuneration package ranging from $76,195.24 - $81,702.37 per annum + 11% superannuation.
- Type of Employment: Permanent, with the option of either full-time or part-time on a pro-rata basis. Minimum part time hours are 0.6 FTE.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Workforce Support Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day business support required across the Disability Operations Team. Your responsibilities will include a range of duties such as completing training related administration and coordination tasks, workforce initiatives, accessibility remediation, and recruitment activities.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking applicants who have:
- Relevant experience in providing administration support including coordinating large-scale booking and ensuring the suitability of resources
- Proficient skills in providing project support; including managing multiple calendars, facilitating suitable meeting room arrangements and resources to meet diverse needs
- Attention to detail in proofreading and producing high-quality documents for distribution with an emphasis on accuracy, grammar and presentation
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced multi-site environment
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a team environment while effectively networking with a range of stakeholders including people from diverse backgrounds
- Be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work with the ability to identify and resolve problems and make appropriate recommendations
- High level of proficiency in the use of standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite and Learning Management System
- Experience and/or knowledge in developing and delivering accessible content meeting web content accessible guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
