BushMob is seeking a passionate and experienced Counsellor & Therapeutic Facilitator to join the team in our youth Residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Rehabilitation Program.

The position requires someone with demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, evidence-based and culturally appropriate counselling interventions to young people aged 12-25 years in both individual and group settings. You will be great working in a team, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with young people, their families and stakeholders.

BushMob also requires that applicants have or are willing to obtain:

• A current NT C Class manual driving license.
• An NT Working with Children’s Ochre Card.
• A recent national police check.
• A COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.

The position offers:

• Salary of $80,000 - 90,000 pro rata, per annum (negotiable based on experience)
• Negotiable hours and workdays (25-30 hours per week)
