Who we are looking for? Supporter Engagement Outbound Co-ordinator
Location: Sydney, NSW (North Ryde)
Position: Permanent Part-time 3 days a week (0.6 FTE)

As part of the Supporter Engagement team, you will intentionally build relationships with supporters via phone and other platforms to drive loyalty and lifetime value and help keep us front and centre of mind with our supporters. You thrive on talking to people and connecting with people from all walks of life easily. This role is to proactively contact current supporters through several platforms seeking their support either financial, in prayer or advocacy actions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people and is a gifted and empathetic communicator. You will have an excellent phone manner, be able to build rapport quickly and have a generally positive attitude. You'll enjoy working as part of a team to share the stories of our partners in the field to help you build relationships with our supporters and drive donations towards our busiest appeals. You will be results-driven and enjoy celebrating with the team when goals are met. You will also have experience working with database or CRM systems.
