Position Overview

As a Volunteer & Client Services Coordinator, you will be pivotal in leading and coordinating various aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution of our business activities. You will work closely with our CEO and branches across nine locations to facilitate communication, streamline processes and drive initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of voluntary staff across nine CAB branch locations
  2. Recruit and train voluntary staff
  3. Coordinate the scheduling of appointments for the Legal Unit
  4. Coordinate the volunteer roster
  5. Plan and coordinate events for internal teams and external stakeholders
  6. Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, publications and other organisational documents
  7. Develop marketing and communication plans for external stakeholders
  8. Develop activities for community education
  9. Assist in tracking progress, identifying risks and resolving issues
  10. Coordinate and delegate tasks for the day to day operations at CAB
  11. Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries

About You

  • Exceptional at organising, delegating and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met effectively

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs
