We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and community minded connector to join our growing team. This brand-new position looks to support our CEO and broader leadership team in exploring business development opportunities through driving business growth initiatives.
This role will be well suited to a self-starter, a strategic thinker and someone who can utilising their networking and communications skills to show case Cafs as a leading community service provider across the central highlands.
Networking, business development and impactful communication will be your passion. You will be able to communicate a vision, message or process effectively while bringing those around you on board. You will have demonstrated experience growing revenue through fundraising, tenders, grants and philanthropy while also holding a sound understanding around marketing and the importance of communications.
Our ideal candidate will be collaborative, love working independently with the ability to motivate within a group and team environment.
Cafs (Child and Family Services Ballarat) is an independent community service organisation based in Ballarat for over 160 years. We provide over 50 programs across a range of service areas providing care for clients within communities across the central highland region.
