The Fundraising and Communications Division creates ways for people to play their part in saving lives and reducing the impact of cancer. We raise funds from generous Australians to support Cancer Council Victoria to achieve its mission of empowering people, saving lives and preventing cancer.
About your opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Officer Coordinator to join the Fundraising and Communications Division. Reporting to the Head of Division, your role is to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks ensuring the Division runs smoothly and business activity is well supported.
A typical day will see you:
- Organising meetings, agendas and following up action items
- Diary management for the Division Head and Unit Heads as needed
- Supporting administration such as contract management, credit card reconciliation, file management, and recruitment processes.
- Helping communication flow across the Division and supporting a strong team culture
All about you
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience in office administration and coordination, and executive diary management
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a large team to adhere to policies and procedures, complete contract management processes efficiently, and with a keen eye for detail.
- Great communicator who builds relationships across all levels, building trust and supporting a good team culture.
- Results focussed with the ability to manage a broad workload, with a focus on delivering key day-to-day tasks while meeting deadlines and and anticipating the needs of Division in advance.

- Base salary of $73,698 to $79,370 p.a. (dependant on experience, pro rata for part time) plus 11.5% superannuation
