People, Leadership and Teams (PLT) Division provide a range of strategic and operational services to the organisation. About your opportunity
We are seeking a People Officer to join the People, Leadership and Teams Division. Reporting to the People Coordinator your role is to:
- Assist with financial processes, senior leadership support and document preparation
- Maintain HRIS/LMS, produce reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Manage Help desk tickets, respond to inquiries and coordinate team inboxes
- Support recruitment, training and awards; drive process improvements
- Foster collaboration and build relationships
All about you
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven ability to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with systems and procedures.
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with HRIS/CRM systems for managing workflows and data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and build rapport with stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills, maintaining accuracy in records and prioritising tasks effectively.
