Canteen is all about supporting young people and their families affected by cancer. We are now seeking a Supporter Care Officer, who will play a pivotal role in maintaining high quality relationships with Canteen’s donors via inbound and outbound phone, email, SMS & web chat streams. Your role as Customer Service Officer, or Supporter Care Officer as we like to name it at Canteen, will be based in a call centre fundraising environment where you will be tasked with maintaining high quality relationships with Canteen’s donors via inbound and outbound phone, email, SMS & web chat streams.
You will be responsible for the provision of high levels of customer service and the ability to identify retention and fundraising opportunities of donors. Through inbound and outbound calls and email handling across all fundraising portfolios, complaint handling, donation processing and accurate updating of donors information in Canteen’s system(s), you’ll be at the heart of what we do.
This is a fast-paced role connecting to new and existing Canteen donors, with the added advantages of working in a great team environment while also having the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Canteen’s journey to support young people and their families whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
