As our Quality and Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role to support our upcoming ISO27001 certifications journey and contribute to maintaining our ISO9001 certification.
As a part of this newly established position, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and maintenance of CHN’s quality management systems to ensure that our processes align seamlessly with ISO standards. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can support the smooth functioning of our internal processes and systems, optimise efficiency and uphold our commitment to quality and compliance.
The Quality and Compliance Officer works within the Corporate Operations Team, which provides back-of-house management to the organisation and delivers a range of key functional services including office coordination, human resources management, risk management, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Information Technologies services, internal audit, and quality improvement.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the processes, frameworks, education and development of policy, procedures and processes to obtain ISO27001 certification. You will work closely with like-minded professionals to continuously evaluate and enhance our Quality Management System. Applying your strong business process management skills, you will contribute to internal audit programs, coordinate and participate in risk management activities, and play a key role in continuous improvement across a range of compliance areas.
