  • Employment status: Permanent part-time. Three days week, hours and days negotiable, with some out-of-hours work required to cater for work with teams in other time zones.   • Total Remuneration Package: 3 days/week: AUD $72,000 to $81,000 plus super (FTE AUD $120,000 to $135,000)

What’s on offer:

Carbon Growth Partners (CGP) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function. This role encompasses two primary areas of responsibility: managing the group’s financial and accounting activities and overseeing the financial operations of our investment entities.

As the Finance Manager, you will supervise an outsourced accounting team, manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and provide strategic financial advice to senior management. Additionally, you will work closely with our fund administrator to ensure accurate accounting, tax compliance, and timely audit processes for our investment funds.

Your role will also involve maintaining accounts for special purpose vehicles, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play a key part in shaping our financial policies, supporting business operations, and overseeing international taxation compliance. Your qualifications and experience:

  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Experience working across different cultures, languages, and time zones.
  • Experience in fund accounting, particularly with managed investment schemes or similar financial structures.
