We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our Strategic Engagement & Partnerships (SEP) team. This role will support and assist in coordinating and securing new donor-funded infrastructure and safeguards projects opportunities for the Sustainable Infrastructure and Impacts & Safeguards service lines for primary donor clients such as World Bank Group, Asian Development Bank, other international financial institutions and Private Clients in the Asia Pacific region.

The Bid Coordinator will support the Strategic Engagement and Partnerships team on Sustainable Infrastructure and Impact & Safeguards service line bids within the Sustainable Infrastructure and Impacts & Advisory service lines. The role will deliver the following:
The successful candidate will present with a high level of interpersonal skills and excellent organisational and time management skills. S/he must be willing to take on a variety of tasks that may be required to ensure efficient operation of the business units and has the ability to interpret and apply policies, requirements and procedures and use of corporate systems. At least 3-5 years of professional working experience in a relevant sector.
