CARE Australia (part of CARE International) is an international aid organisation working to defeat global poverty by supporting women to create lasting change in their communities around the world.
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture and working closely with both the Head and P&C Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for all P&C related queries. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys coordinating and supporting people and processes! Ideally, you will have prior experience in recruitment or HR support roles. We may also consider applications from strong administrators who have an interest in HR and aligned experiences from their career to date.
In addition to gaining experience and honing your skills, this position offers opportunities for growth and education. We are seeking someone who is passionate about their work and ready to drive positive changes within the sector and within our team. If you are enthusiastic about making a difference, then we encourage you to apply today!
