The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing CARE Australia’s Salesforce instance, ensuring that our setup meets the needs of our Fundraising and Marketing team. This includes maintaining and improving the user interface (Lightning), keeping and maintaining the currency, accuracy and consistency of our CRM data and making sure that CRM processes and automations run smoothly.
In addition to systems development and operation, the CRM Administrator also provides support to end-users (including training) and provides assistance with data requests (complex dashboard creation, creating complex data structures, import and export) and knowledge management.
Being part of a small specialised team, you will get the opportunity to take a lead role in the end-to-end delivery of new features, identify areas of improvement where manual processes can be simplified, automated, or self-service options can be created.
We have embraced the Salesforce platform in many forms and you will have the opportunity to work on more than Nonprofit Success Pack. We also use Marketing Cloud, Experience cloud, telephony, Omnichannel, case management, and more.
This is a hybrid role, 80% remote. However, a fully remote option would be considered for the right candidate.
