• Providing high-quality care and support to people with disabilities.
• Assisting with daily activities, personal care, community access, and skill building
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who bring:

• A genuine commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities
• Compassion, empathy, and a person-centered approach to care
• Strong communication skills to connect with participants and family members
• Skills: detail-oriented, solution focused, strength-based, team player, hardworking, dedicated to enhancing the lives of those living with a range of disabilities
• Genuine desire to provide the best quality care for people with disabilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Reliability and a proactive attitude in providing quality support

Requirements

• Relevant Qualifications
• Assist Clients with Medication
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Working with Vulnerable People Check
• NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)
• Current Drivers Licence
• Reliable Vehicle with Full Comprehensive Insurance
• Police Check
