About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, adaptable, and experienced Digital Marketing Officer for a parental leave backfill opportunity. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement a range of strategies, systems, and resources that are tailored to Carers Queensland’s diverse program requirements and outcomes, including NDIS Local Area Coordination and an interstate pilot project. The Digital Marketing Officer will also support our operational plan and strategic KPIs, promoting program growth, brand awareness, and quality internal service delivery.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating cross-channel digital advertising, testing, monitoring and reporting
- Coordinating artwork, design, and template development
- Coordinating video development, including filming, editing, and publishing
- Supporting the design and development of electronic and hard copy resources including program brochures, newsletters, flyers and proposals.
This is a Parental Leave backfill position.

Do you have?
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Communicators, or relevant experience in a related field?
- High level digital marketing skills and the ability to develop, support, and facilitate the delivery of our operational and strategic objectives across the organisation?
- Demonstrated experience with video filming, editing and production skills?
- Demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate a diverse range of electronic and hard copy collateral and resources including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, reports, newsletters and merchandise?
