What does the role involve?

In this newly created role, you will report to the Regular Giving Lead. You will use your regular giving expertise to support the execution and optimisation of multi-channel fundraising campaigns—driving donor engagement, retention, and acquisition to help deliver meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Deliver end-to-end regular giving campaigns across channels like telemarketing, face-to-face, and digital, coordinating with teams and suppliers to optimise results.
  • Drive donor engagement and retention by designing impactful supporter journeys and creating compelling, audience-specific content.
  • Use data to inform and improve—track campaign performance, generate insights, and help shape expert fundraising decisions.
  • Champion operational excellence, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and supporter experiences.
  • Collaborate across teams—lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that grow and strengthen regular giving.

This role is based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to Caritas Australia’s mission to end poverty and injustice by promoting human dignity for all, as well as a dedication to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching that guide our global efforts. They will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience:    

  • 2–3 years’ experience in fundraising, with a focus on regular giving programs.
  • Confident using CRM systems (like Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge), with strong data and reporting skills to support campaign performance.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, experienced in working with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing and coordination skills.
