We are looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our participants.
In the role of a Disability Support Worker within our organisation you will be tasked with aiding participants in their routines, fostering independence and ensuring a stimulating atmosphere. This position necessitates a hands-on approach, a demeanour and the ability to collaborate effectively with a group.
As a Disability Support Worker at Casa Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our participants in their daily routines, promoting independence, and creating a stimulating environment. This role requires hands-on engagement, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
At this time, we are seeking dedicated individuals available to work in our day program between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and for our Home Care Services (HCS) clients, we require staff who can work shifts from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Ongoing fixed rosters are available for candidates with the right availability. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in manual handling, personal care, and managing complex behaviors.
