This is a great opportunity for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our CASPA NDIS Team on a part-time basis, with location flexibility negotiable within the Far North Coast region of NSW.
The role is varied and dynamic, involving working with participants and their networks to understand their NDIS funding and assist them to identify and consider a range of support options across multiple providers.
About the opportunity, CASPA is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services for youth with complex needs and for people with disabilities. Our programs include supervised residential care provided under a therapeutic framework for young people who have complex needs and cannot live with their family. This model also includes modalities of semi-independent living and supervised contact. We also provide Foster Care which involves one or more child or young people living in a community integrated as a part of a family for a specified and agreed amount of time. Plus we provide a range of services within our NDIS Program, including Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Support, Skill Development and Specialist Behaviour Supports.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience and knowledge of local disability service providers, mainstream services and community organisations and whose values align with ours: 'Inspiring People to Thrive.'
Working with Children and Criminal History Checks are requirements for all child related employment at CASPA.
