Castle, a recognised leader in not-for-profit services, is seeking a HR Payroll & Systems Officer to join our collaborative team.

As part of Castle’s HR team, you will play a key role in providing transactional payroll, HR and systems support to the business.

This is a part-time position that offers a chance to work in a broad and varied role, expand your skill set, and make a meaningful impact in the disability support and employment industry.

What you would be doing

As part of our collaborative HR team, you will:

  • Support the provision of high-quality end-to-end payroll service through the delivery of transactional payroll processes and duties
  • Deliver efficient systems and administrative services to business and external stakeholders
  • Provide HR and Payroll information to the business as required.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of our payroll and HR systems.

What you will bring to the role

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar and/or 3 to 5 years of administration experience within corporate services, human resources or IT
  • Demonstrated experience using and guiding others to use business systems with the ability to extract, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Demonstrated experience assisting with stakeholder relationship management processes
  • Demonstrated flexible communication skills
  • Curiosity and adaptability to apply existing knowledge and skills to new scenarios
  • Current unrestricted driver licence

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have a willingness to:

  • Obtain a NDIS Worker Check
  • Demonstrate Castle’s Vision, Purpose, and Value statements, as well as the ability to engage others and influence organisational culture
