The Quality Officer is responsible for providing support to Managers and Aged Care Advocates to enable national consistent implementation of NACAP Requirements.
The Quality Officer will provide support in line with the National aged Care Advocacy Framework, National Minimum Data Set, and all resources on the Advocacy Academy and Aged Care Act hub. This position will also support the NDIS Manager and staff to adhere to NDIS practice standards and the NDIS quality and Safeguards framework to ensure national consistency with quality and safeguarding arrangements.
The Quality Officer will be familiar with requirements of other industry standards which are applicable to current CatholicCare NT program delivery.
This position will conduct internal audits to support program compliance and provide evidence of alignment with best practices,including WHS requirements.
