The Manager (internally known as a Practice Manager) will co-manage the strategic growth and day-to-day operations of a team of group facilitators who deliver services to parents. You will also support stakeholder relationships, and the coordination of training provided to practitioners in the not-for-profit (NFP) sector.
The Parenting & Child Development (PCD) team delivers a range of online and in-person parenting education courses (eg Circle of Security, Emotion Coaching, Tuning into Kids/Teens) to the general community and in partnership with local schools and NFPs. PCD also provides “train the trainer” courses in the innovative Keeping Kids in Mind and My Kids and Me courses. Our agency is an accredited provider of the Safe and Together model for working with family and domestic violence.
You have experience in group work, training and supervision, and have worked in a community service organisation. You are able to lead, inspire and grow a team of professionals and contribute to positive stakeholder relationships.
