CatholicCare Tasmania is the primary social services agency of the Catholic Church across Tasmania. We have 60 years’ experience delivering a wide range of services and support to improve individual, family and community wellbeing. The primary purpose of this role is to provide program coordination and clinical supervision to internal CatholicCare staff. To lead and nurture staff development through applying supervision frameworks, maintaining professional practice standards and supporting the strategic vison.
You will need advanced skills and experience in a range of modalities including Family Therapy, Trauma informed and psychodynamic therapies. The role will assist in the management of multiple contracts and will involve liaising with interstate partners and networks. This role also provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with other statewide leaders, and closely with the Executive Manager.
