The Marketing and Communications Manager is a member of CCV’s leadership team and is responsible for leading the successful direction, planning and execution of all marketing, communications and engagement activities. The role is responsible for providing leadership aligned to the Mission of CCV, including leading our people, and facilitating change and transition.

Specifically, the position is responsible for:

  • For executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness.
  • Enhance client engagement, support and promote business growth and fee for service capability.
  • Digital marketing strategies, content development, digital platforms, brand strategy and public relations.

If you have the below skills & experience - we would love to hear from you!

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Marketing and Communications strategies and content for campaigns, including digital marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in using a range of new media and digital platforms and tools including, but not limited to: website and email marketing Content Management Systems (with working knowledge of HTML and CSS), Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business, and all major social media platforms.
