Better Health Network (BHN) is a leading community health provider in Melbourne’s inner south and bayside suburbs. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and client-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our GP Practice team in South Melbourne.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our 5 GP clinics with 8 doctors on-site, ensuring smooth patient experiences from appointment management to billing and Medicare claims.
Reporting to the Team Leader – GP Customer Service, your key responsibilities include:
BHN supports over 800 staff across 22 locations, delivering holistic health, disability, and social support services to diverse communities. Our GP Practice in South Melbourne has been serving the local community since 2013, providing high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team environment that includes on-site pathology and a range of allied health services.
