Your Role

As Program Lead – NDIS Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of NDIS Support Coordinators to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Drive Strategy: Collaborate with the Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives and optimize service delivery.
  • Empower Clients: Oversee support coordination services, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize their NDIS plans.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, carers, stakeholders, and industry bodies.
  • Champion Growth: Identify and implement opportunities for program development and expansion.

About You

You’re a natural leader with a passion for making a tangible impact in the disability sector. You have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy) and/or significant leadership experience.
  • Expertise in the NDIS framework, disability services, and client-centered care.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive program outcomes, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and inspiring others.
  • A commitment to equity, inclusion, and the Social Model of Health.
