  • Classification: Speech Pathologist (Grade 1 or 2 as per experience)

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary paediatric team. This rolefocuses on delivering the School Readiness Funding (SRF) program, funded by the Department of Education, designed to empower kindergarten educators and parents in promoting children’s learning, development, and successful transitions to school.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and facilitating capacity-building sessions for kindergarten educators and parents, focusing on communication, social-emotional well-being, and inclusion.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop resources and deliver tailored sessions.
  • Building strong relationships with kindergartens and stakeholders across Port Phillip, Stonnington, Bayside, Kingston, and Glen Eira.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to program development and review.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, Speech Pathology Australia)

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of child development and evidence-based practices.
  • Proven experience in early childhood intervention or family support.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • A valid driver license is essential.

Compliance Requirements
