Central Coast Community Women’s Health Centre (CCCWHC) is seeking a woman to fill the position of Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Specialist Counsellor. The role is a part-time (3-4 days) role with an initial term of two (2) years. The primary location is our Wyoming Centre; however, this role provides services across our three centres’ located at Wyoming, Wyong and Woy Woy.
Are you passionate about contributing to the well-being, support and empowerment of women on the Central Coast? Do you have experience in crisis response and counselling for women experiencing domestic, family or sexual violence?
Working alongside the Client Services team and other DFSV specialists, the DFSV Counsellor is responsible for providing trauma-informed, strength-based, and client-centred crisis response and counselling for CCCWHC clients who are experiencing domestic, family or sexual violence.
CCCWHC is at the forefront of women’s health and well-being on the Central Coast with a strong community profile and established networks with local organisations dedicated to meeting the needs of women.
