About the role

Cancer Council NSW is currently looking to hire a Casual Retail Consultant for our Erina Fair Kiosk, this seasonal casual role will help keep our community sun safe over the upcoming warmer months.

In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW, specialising in all aspects of sun protection.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the kiosk
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range
• Achieving sales targets (with proceeds contributing to cancer research and support programs)

About You

You will need:

• Exceptional customer service approach with great communication skills
• Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI's
• Availability for minimum 2-5 shifts a week (average casual shift ranging 3 -8 hours) during December 2023 to March 2024.
• Flexibility to work on a casual contract including weekends and late night trading
• Available for 8 - 15 hours per week.
• Ability to work alone during shifts or lunch cover

Training will be provided to successful candidates to induct them in the role and orientate them with CCNSW and our products.
