As a Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to clients, promoting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the mission of Centacare.
As an Aged Care Service Leader, you will work collaboratively to deliver person-centred care, ensuring clients have the support they need to maximise choice and control. You will lead a team, providing supervision, coaching, and setting clear expectations for best practice. Your role will contribute to a positive workplace culture, brand awareness, and a commercial focus in an adaptive and changing environment. The permanent fulltime role based out of Aspley and will have a focus on the case management of Home Care Packages.

The is role will be salaried at a level 4.1 under our EBA, which is $47.49 an hour. In addition to a competitive wage rates, 2 weeks paid parental leave, 13 weeks Long Service leave plus PBI packaging benefits of up to $15, 900 you will be able to be part of an organisation that truly values their employees providing client centric care to our clients.
