About the Role

As a Membership Services Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing support and assistance across various inquiries. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), offering a competitive salary (including super) based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering member enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Managing membership profiles and accounts on our database
  • Supporting membership payments and processing transactions.
  • Handling inventory management for union merchandise.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient records management.

About You:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, ideally with experience in a similar customer-facing role (not mandatory).
  • A can-do attitude and a strong team player.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work with membership systems.
