About the Role
As a Membership Services Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing support and assistance across various inquiries. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), offering a competitive salary (including super) based on your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering member enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Managing membership profiles and accounts on our database
- Supporting membership payments and processing transactions.
- Handling inventory management for union merchandise.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient records management.
About You:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, ideally with experience in a similar customer-facing role (not mandatory).
- A can-do attitude and a strong team player.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with membership systems.
