As the peak body for volunteering in NSW we represent and support volunteers and volunteer-involving organisations, working to strengthen the sector and promote the benefits of volunteering.     

About The Role - Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement social media campaigns.
• Update and maintain The Centre for Volunteering website.
• Monitor and report on all analytics and trends.
• Create and produce external publications including newsletters, eDMs, case studies and ad-hoc publications to enhance The Centre’s advocacy work and to promote events, professional development products and recognition programs and the volunteering sector.
• Administer and support the ‘back end’ relating to online customer transactions, such as Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Dynamics 365.
• Develop and deliver regular member and stakeholder communications.
• Provide key data and metrics to support and complete The Centre’s reporting requirements.

About You:

• You are creative, possess an eye for detail and have an outstanding way with both images and words.
• You have great digital media skills.
• You possess relevant qualifications or have experience in a similar role.
