About The Role - Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, students and trainers and undertaking student/client support and administration.
- Coordinate student enrolments and support student progression.
- Act as a point of liaison between students and other members of the team including Trainers and Assessors as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective students and clients.
- Coordinate training activities to ensure consistent and compliant end-to-end processes relating to student management.
- Create, update and maintain key administrative student support tools such as training plans.
- Assist with the review, analysis and reporting of student feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing assistance to staff, trainers and assessors including preparation, planning and adjustments of course materials in response to identified learner requirements.
- Review and develop resources.
- Assist with reporting requirements such as NSW Smart and Skilled, Board Reports and Annual Reports.
- Undertake the full range of administrative support services, including student records management, financial transactions, routine correspondence, meeting and event scheduling and support, and creating, compiling and distributing documents to assist with the efficient operation of the RTO whilst ensuring relevant RTO standards are met.
About You:
- You have an eye for detail and can ensure accuracy and precision in documentation
- You are a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- You have strong time management and prioritisation skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- You have experience working with a Registered Training Organisation and student management systems and online Learning Management Systems.
