Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the events and fundraising team to assist and support major events, gala dinners, golf days, external fundraising events and more!
• Responsible for the coordination and smooth running of smaller events – registration, invitations, seating, suppliers etc.
• Responsible for all fundraising events that fall under one platform called Funraisin
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
• Not essential, but experience with Mailchimp, Trybooking, WordPress, Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator would be advantageous
• Ensure the event database is kept up to date and current
• Support with building event tools, processes, and procedures
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in relevant roles such as events coordination, fundraising, or volunteer management
• Customer service or relationship management experience across a range of channels
• Fundraising experience (desirable)
• Demonstrated time management, administrative and organisational skills
• Clear written and excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate and negotiate
• Demonstrated ability to work productively both autonomously and as a team member
• Social media experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

About you

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications in events, fundraising, communications, public relations, or marketing
• Previous experience with event management platforms is preferable
