As a psychologist with vision and passion for helping others, you get a choice of delivering mental health treatment, assessments, and other clinical services via telehealth and/or face-to-face mode. You choose between assessments, therapy, or a mix of both.&nbsp;

<h3>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR TO ENHANCE OUR HAND-PICKED TEAM:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience delivering psychological treatments to adults, teens, or kids.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Interest in consulting clients suffering from chronic illness, disability, pain, or trauma (desirable).</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with your team, referrers, and clients.</li>
<li>Assessments experience (desirable).</li>
<li>if you have an interest in AAT (Animal Assisted Therapy), we encourage you to apply.</li>

<h3>YOUR REMUNERATION (EMPLOYEE ROLE)</h3>
For our employees:&nbsp;Your salary is dependent on your level of experience and expertise in this role. Your benefits include:

<li>Salary WELL ABOVE award rates.</li>
<li>11.5% superannuation.</li>
<li>4 weeks annual leave</li>
<li>2 weeks sick / carer leave.</li>
<li>All other leave entitlements as per the relevant national law.</li>

<li>Paid membership to the Mental Health Academy.</li>
