An exciting opportunity exists for a new Chief Executive Officer to build on solid foundations and take Eskleigh on a journey through the next stage of growth. Reporting to the Board, the CEO is responsible for providing strategic advice, governance and operational leadership to achieve Eskleigh’s purpose and goals. As a courageous and innovative leader, you will enable a high performing team to provide quality care for Eskleigh’s clients whilst ensuring the sustainability of the organisation.

The successful applicant will be a creative and innovative thinker with proven senior level leadership experience and demonstrated success in leading organisations in a changing environment. The ability to build collaborative partnerships and relationships, facilitate a client centred service delivery approach and excellent presentation skills are also required. Strong financial acumen, critical thinking and evaluating skills and the ability to provide trusted advice and communicate with empathy are essential.
