About the Role

• Grow high value funding across NSW, SA & ACT through large gift donation
• Effective mentoring and motivation of a small Philanthropy Team
• Demonstrate high level relationship building, leveraging from your own networks to build a strong pipeline
• Responsible for running large major gifts campaigns to bring successful outcomes
• Strategic contribution to the Philanthropy Leadership Team
• Meeting and exceeding financial targets by driving growth through High Network Individuals, families and other prospects

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Fundraising qualification preferable with @10 years’ experience in a similar major donor fundraising position
• Confident and influential stakeholder engagement style
• High level written and verbal communication
• Ability to demonstrate and deliver effective donor strategies
• Track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets
• Experience of mentoring a driven team towards excellence
• Proven track record of growing high value funding, ideally from within a large complex environment
